SERVICE FAQ

Common questions from HR, L&D, and leaders

Clear answers on scope, timelines, pricing models, and what your team can expect. If you’re evaluating a workshop, coaching engagement, or wellbeing program, this should help you brief internally with confidence.

Q-01

What types of engagements do you offer—and how do we choose?

Most clients start with one of three paths: a focused workshop (to build shared language and skills), a multi-session program (to practice and apply behaviors over time), or coaching/advisory support (to address leader and team dynamics in context). If you tell me your goal, audience, and constraints, I’ll recommend the simplest option that can realistically deliver the outcome.

Q-02

How long do engagements typically take from kickoff to delivery?

Timelines depend on scope, but a single workshop can often be scheduled within a few weeks. Programs and multi-touch engagements usually run 6–12+ weeks to allow for practice, reflection, and reinforcement. After an initial call, you’ll get a clear plan with dates, dependencies, and what I need from your side to keep things moving.

Q-03

Do you offer virtual, in-person, or hybrid sessions?

Yes—virtual, in-person, and hybrid formats are all available. For distributed teams, virtual delivery can be highly effective with the right structure and facilitation. If you’re planning in-person sessions, we’ll align on location, room setup, group size, and any pre-work to make the time together practical and high-impact.

Q-04

What do you need from our team to make the work successful?

A single point of contact for coordination, clarity on the audience and objectives, and access to any relevant context (e.g., role expectations, key stressors, current initiatives). For programs, it also helps to secure leader sponsorship and protected time for participants. I’ll keep asks lightweight and purposeful so the effort doesn’t become another burden.

Q-05

How is pricing structured for workshops, programs, and coaching?

Workshops and defined programs are typically priced as a fixed fee based on scope, audience size, and preparation. Coaching and ongoing advisory can be structured as a package or monthly retainer, depending on cadence and support needed. If you share your timeline and budget range, I can propose options that fit without overbuilding the solution.
